This semester I have decided to treat my thesis project as a job. I have fallen by the wayside a bit, but by treating thesis as a 9 to 5 (or in this case 10 to 10) I feel that will keep me on the right track. As long as I stay to the work/time schedule, I will get a good amount of work done and not feel burdened by the immense load.

This looks good Dave. It may be useful to set even more specific goals each week. For example, when you say "Animate 2D Characters" you may want to decide exactly which scenes to animate. Same with models, props, sets, 3D characters, etc. It sounds cumbersome but setting specific goals will help you determine if you are falling behind.
Good job!
